Battling anxiety while being a Christ-follower is such a strange thing. You know where your faith is and yet you aren’t living by faith. You get frustrated at yourself for being that way. . 

But remember dear one .. anxiety was not created. It crept out from under murky waters to drag you down with it. It evolved from darkness. .

You were created. You were created to glorify our Saviour. Beautiful. Chosen. Treasured. He holds you close. .

“For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” Isaiah 41:13 ..

Don’t lose hope. I struggle with you. Together we can conquer these battles.
